Beachtree Villas in Kissimmee Florida are located within four miles of Disney World Theme Parks and offer guests spacious accommodations at a budget-friendly price. The villa comes in two and three bedroom varieties and each villa features the same standard layout throughout the units. During my visit, I had the pleasure of staying in a three bedroom villa, which had a large living room with a flat screen Vizio television that opened nicely to the fully equipped kitchen. A large dining room table divided the areas and created a great space for enjoying a midday meal.The first bedroom came furnished with a queen bed while the second was equipped with two twin beds, perfect for the little ones. These two bedrooms shared a bathroom. The Master bedroom at Beachtree Villas in Orlando had newer case goods throughout and featured an armoire with television. The master bath was spacious as well and had a walk-in shower only. A full washer/dryer set comes standard at the Beachtree Villas. All villas are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. At this time, internet access is not available, except at the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse at the Orlando Beachtree Villas has a pool table, a small sundry item selection, a sauna, small fitness center and small pool area with Jacuzzi and patio seating for guests. A business center equipped with two computers is also located at the Clubhouse.
All guests are required to check-in at the office of Beachtree Villas, located at Chatham Park at 2545 Chatham Circle in Kissimmee.
